About OM (Operation Mobilisation)

OM began in 1957 when George Verwer and two friends drove a truck of Christian literature into Mexico. Today it works in well over a hundred countries, with a particular heart for people who have little or no access to the gospel.

Its ship ministry has welcomed millions of visitors aboard floating book fairs, and its volunteers serve in relief, literacy, church planting and discipleship.
