About Gemeinde auf dem Weg

Gemeinde auf dem Weg is an international evangelical free church in northern Berlin. It grew out of a prayer and Bible-study circle in the mid-1970s and formally became a free church in 1981; today it meets at the C-Campus in Tegel.

The church is charismatic in style, emphasising a personal relationship with Jesus and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Its community centre also houses a kindergarten, and the church has run a publishing house and bookshop. People of many generations and cultures belong.
